Property Marketing & Bookings

We currently market and attract short-term bookings for a number of our own and our client's properties in Southsea as well as some overseas properties.

Due to the length of time we have been serving the market, we have built up a good reputation and client base.

We have many contacts in the market from local businesses bringing temporary staff, local estate agencies that understand our business and realise how it can support theirs, local contacts,  the Portsmouth Landlords association and have become the first port of call for these people. 

Our properties are generally full; we are currently operating at 84%-98% occupancy across our properties, and we often have requests that we can't fulfil.
